Reduce your oil replenishment, recycle the oil you have, and reuse your newly filtered oil. By engaging in filtration, you save yourself from replenishment and disposal costs while also making an extremely positive environmental impact. Our services can help you and your business ensure the condition of your fluids is up to spec.
We offer both on-site and off-site filtration services.
This is where our engineers attend your site and filter the fluids at your desired location. Once the cleanliness levels have been achieved our team will depart, leaving your fluids clear as well as leaving your site clean.
Sometimes it may not be feasible for our engineers to attend your site. When this situation arises, we are still able to carry out filtration, our team will perform the process on our premises and inform you once contaminates are removed and the fluid is ready for collection.
Once again, this service includes the before & after lab analysis and filter element usage and disposal.
If you have the confidence and expertise to carry out your own filtration and don't need a permanent filter solution, consider our hire filtration units. Available in various sizes and configurations, our rental rigs empower you to tackle a wide range of filtration tasks.
Our fleet of Oil & Diesel Hire Filtration Systems are perfect for people who do not need to invest in a permanent unit. Unit sizes are available from 1 to 8 filter housings. They can also be supplied in either 110v, 240v or Air Driven, meaning they are suitable for use on a range of fluids such as Diesel Fuel, Coolant & Glycol and Oils which are up to 320 grade in viscosity.
We also offer a range of filtration cabinets; these are a permanent filtration solution. They are built in strong durable cabinets so that the unit can be directly fitted to your tank to help provide continuous filtration.
These units are ideal for maintaining the condition of your fluid, once the contaminates have been filtered out, the cabinets will then provide a polishing function meaning that water and particulate contamination can be prevented. This ensures that the condition of your fluid is always up to scratch.
If you don't have the time, equipment, or experience to extract representative fluid samples then that will reflect badly in your report, potentially giving you false readings. Our engineers are fluid sampling specialists with 20 years of experience, they can help ensure that your samples are representative of your equipment's inner workings.
A representative sample is the vital starting point for any fluid management program. A sample will form the basis of any decision that is made regarding the condition of your fluid or the actions that may need to be taken.
Poor sampling techniques can cause many clean samples to be carried out when it is not needed, leading to wasted budget expenditure.
