1858 Micro Engine Filter Cartridge

The 1858 Filter Cartridge is the smallest of the FA-ST Filter Cartridge. These filters fit the 9578 Micro Engine Bay Pass filter unit designed to provide an additional layer of filtration to small engines. When installed a bypass filter unit provides additional filtration removing finer particles than the standard engine filter and will also remove water. This will increase the cleanliness of the oil, allowing it to provide the expect lubrication to components for longer. This not only increasing oil change intervals but also component life span. Suitable for installation in confined spaces. Used mainly for Engines with Sump Capacity of 3 gal / 16 litres. Made from tightly wound filter media. Max temp 125°C Suitable for all types of engine oils and can also be used on diesel fuel and light hydraulic.

Please Note Seals are not supplied with these filters as they are not required for the 9578 filter housing.
