Basic Oil & Fuel Sampling Only Kit

The CK Oil & Fuel Sampling kits are the ideal kit for service engineers, mechanics, maintenance teams or anyone needing to extract Lube Oil or diesel fuel samples from unpressurised systems. These kits contain everything required to quickly and cleanly extract the samples from engines, gearboxes, and oil storage tanks & drums. This kit has great flexibility and can be fitted with a range of bottles and accessories so can be tailor made to meet your needs.

These kits contain

Sample Bottles:

12 x 60ml PETG or HDPE Plastic Bottles - This version will come with a 28mm Sample Pump

Or

9 x 100ml PETG or HDPE Plastic Bottles - This version will come with a 38mm Sample Pump

Sample Tubing:

The kit can be supplied with either standard MDPE sample tubing 13m coil or the Narrow bore sample tubing 13m coil (ideal for extracting engine oil samples via dipstick tubes, strongly recommended for vehicle mechanics)

Tank Bottom Sampler Additional Item:

For those who sample large bulk tanks we strongly recommend getting the tank bottom sampler. A simple device that can attached to the MDPE standard sample tubing Only, it prevents tubing from coiling back on itself and allows for a much greater level of control when sampling large tanks. This can only be used in conjunction with the Standard MDPE tubing.
