Engine Bypass Filtration Systems

FA-ST offers a comprehensive range of Engine Bypass Filters Units, meticulously designed to introduce an additional layer of filtration to engines of varying sizes. This strategic addition serves to extend the life of Engine Oil, significantly reduce contamination within the system, and play a pivotal role in minimising wear and tear on vital engine components.

The Engine Bypass Filtration system is ingeniously integrated into a Bypass loop, allowing for the continuous refinement of Oil and the effective removal of any water content while the equipment is in operation. This transformative process ensures that the Oil remains in an exceptionally clean and usable state, leading to a dramatic increase in Oil change intervals. Given the diverse spectrum of Engine sizes, FA-ST has curated a diverse selection of Engine Bypass filters, each tailored to cater to engines of various capacities.

Every filtration unit is delivered as a comprehensive kit, complete with essential components such as the filter housing, filter cartridge, lid seal, mounting bracket, inlet, and outlet adaptors, along with nuts, bolts, and washers. Notably, hose assemblies are not included with the filter units. We highly recommend the use of PTFE Stainless Steel over braided hose for Engine installations, featuring a smooth internal bore, excellent heat dissipation properties, resistance to cracking, and immunity to internal carbon build-up. The recommended hose size for flow and return is -4 (1/4”) bore, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
