Four Housing Diesel Filtration System

Our Four Housing Diesel Filtration Systems are the ideal choice for effective filtration on diesel tanks with a capacity of up to 8000 litres in size. Equipped with a progressive cavity pump, these units effortlessly handle filtration of diesel and oils up to 46-grade viscosity, boasting a commendable flow rate ranging from 700 to 1200 litres per hour.

These filter systems are easily transportable, facilitating effortless filtration across multiple tanks. The skid frame features integrated bunds and safety float switches, minimising the risk of spills and potential slip hazards. The inclusion of the Kleenoil 9788/KU85 filter housing enhances the versatility of these units, accommodating a wide selection filter cartridges and providing flexibility in filtering various fluids. Standardised with a 240v configuration, these units can be tailored to individual needs with the option to fit a 110v motor if required.

Filtration

• Oil - This unit is suitable to filter oils up to 46 grade viscosity the oil filtration units will be required for higher grades. For filtering oils up to 120 cSt the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For 120 cSt and above use the 1888SH or 2088CPS. For polishing oils the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement.
• Diesel - This unit is fine for filtering diesel fuel. For filtering diesel the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing diesel the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement. When filtering diesel the flow rate will be approx. 400 litres per hour.
• Coolants & Glycols - These can be filtered in this unit however you MUST use the 2088PP or 2088PP6 filter cartridges as these DO NOT ABSORB WATER making them ideal for coolant filtration and polishing.
