All FA-ST Oil Filtration Systems are equipped with Haight U Gear Pumps, allowing efficient filtration on oils up to 120 grade in viscosity. Built on robust skid frames with handles, these systems are designed for easy transportation, facilitating effortless filtration across multiple tanks. The skid frame is equipped with integrated bunds and safety float switches to prevent spills and minimise slip hazards, ensuring a safe and efficient filtration process.

Featuring the Kleenoil 9788/KU85 filter housing, these units offer flexibility with a broad selection of filter cartridges, allowing for the filtration of various fluids. Available as standard in 240v, these units can also be fitted with a 110v motor upon request. Additional Magnetic Filter

The design of these twin skid frame oil filter units allows for the MicroMag Magnetic Filters to be fitted to these systems. Magnetic filters are ideal for removing ferrous debris and rust build up from systems and will also increase the life span of the filter cartridges. Recommended for filtration of diesel in old storage tanks or those filtering fluids in cooling systems.

Filtration

Oil - This unit is suitable to filter oils up to 220 grade viscosity. For filtering oils the 1888H MAX viscosity 120cSt filter cartridges should be used. For polishing oils the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement.

Diesel - This unit is fine for filtering diesel fuel. For filtering diesel the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing diesel the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement. When filtering diesel the flow rate will be approx. 400 litres per hour.

Coolants & Glycols - These can be filtered in this unit however you MUST use the 2088PP or 2088PP6 filter cartridges as these DO NOT ABSORB WATER making them ideal for coolant filtration and polishing.
