As a general rule of thumb, if the spill has happened indoors, use a grey product to absorb both oil and water-based substances. Technically referred to as hydrophilic, these are called Maintenance absorbents and unsurprisingly, you’ll see them referred to as Maintenance pads, rolls, booms and sock.

If its larger areas that need covering quickly, you're best using FA-ST absorbent rolls. They share exactly the same construction as the absorbent pads, including the hard wearing coverstock for longer wear underfoot. Maintenance absorbent rolls are ideal for dealing with various spills and comes in a range of widths. Both sizes are perforated across and up the length of the roll.
