Premium Oil Sampling Only Kit

Our premium oil sampling carry case kits come supplied with everything required to sample a range of equipment/machinery without drawing in external contamination that could affect any laboratory results when the fluid is analysed. The kit comes in a durable Sealy carry case, and can be tailored to meet your needs. They can come with a range of sample bottles, tubing, pumps and other accessories so can be tailored to your requirements.

These kits contain:

Sample Bottles & Sample Pump:

40 x 60ml PETG/HDPE Clear sampling bottles with 28mm neck & caps, this will come with a VSPG 28mm Sample Pump

Or

35 x 60ml PETG/HDPE Clear sampling bottles with 38mm neck & caps, this will come with a VSPG 38mm Sample Pump

Or

10 x 250ml HDPE Only sampling bottle with 22mm neck & caps, this will come with a VSPG 22mm Sample Pump

Sample Tubing

2 x 15m Coils Standard MDPE sample tubing

Or

2 x 15m Coils Narrow Bore Tubing (recommended for extracting engine oil samples)

Also as standard this kit comes with

• 1 x Hand held Tube Cutter
• 2 x Bamboo Rayon Pro Wipes - 25 Pack
• 1 x pack disposable gloves
• 1 x Fine Marker pen
• 1 x Large Marker Pen
• 1 x Ball point pen

Additional Extras

These items can be added to you kits to provide additional aspects to your sampling kit.

Mini-mess Sampling Tube - for users who have test points fitted to equipment, this adaptor will allow for samples to be taken.

Oil Spy- For use with engine oil sampling only. These test kits allow for a determination of the condition of the engine oil without laboratory testing.
