The MS1 Diesel Filtration Units were primarily designed for canal boat owners and agricultural vehicles, not needing to be connected to the mains as the pump will run off a 12v battery meaning filtration can be carried even if you are in the middle of a field. These diesel filter units run for 30 minutes at a time with a flow rate of 800-1200 litres per hour allowing for multiple passes to be made while filtering the fuel. These Units come fitted with the KF85 filter cartridge are capable of removing up to 1.9Kg of particulate contamination and approx 950ml of water per filter from diesel fuel.

Filtering fuel before being stored will decrease the chances of diesel bug growth while in storage. We strongly recommend fuel filtration to be carried out before you store vessels over the winter months

Filtration

Diesel - This unit is fine for filtering diesel fuel ONLY and should not be used on other fluids otherwise damage can occur easily to the pump. The unit is fitted with a Kleenoil KU85 filter housing fitting the KF85 filter cartridge capable of removing 1.9Kg of particulate and 950ml water before changing the filter.
