Twin Unit Diesel Filtration System - All Terrain Trolley

The All-Terrain Trolley Twin Unit Diesel Filtration Systems are an exceptional filtering solution which has been designed to effectively service multiple diesel tanks across expansive open sites. Particularly well-suited for agricultural and plant sites where fuel tanks, both vehicular and storage, are often situation in challenging, hard-to-reach locations.

This diesel filtration configuration is optimised for tanks up to 4000 litres, delivering a robust flow rate ranging from 700 to 1100 litres per hour. Built on our All Terrain Trolley, these units are equipped with 12" pneumatic tires, ensuring easy manoeurability across large outdoor sites with challenging terrain. Standardised with a 240v configuration, these units can be customised with a 110v motor if needed, providing flexibility to meet your various power requirements. This innovative design of the twin skid frame oil filter units allows for seamless integration with the MicroMag Magnetic Filters.

Filtration

• Oil - This unit is suitable to filter oils up to 220 grade viscosity. For filtering oils up to 120cSt the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For 120cSt and above use the 1888SH or 2088CPS. For polishing oils the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement.
• Diesel - This unit is fine for filtering diesel fuel. For filtering diesel the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing diesel the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement. When filtering diesel the flow rate will be approx. 400 litres per hour.
• Coolants & Glycols - These can be filtered in this unit however you MUST use the 2088PP or 2088PP6 filter cartridges as these DO NOT ABSORB WATER making them ideal for coolant filtration and polishing.
