Twin Unit Oil Filtration System - All Terrain Hand barrow

Our All Terrain Hand Barrow Twin units oil filtration systems are fantastic filter unit allowing for a great deal flexibility when filtering oils. These units are the work horse of the FA-ST filtration units ideal to provide filtration on tanks up to 4000 litres in size and have a flow rate of 900-1350 litres per hour. Being built on our All Terrain Hand Barrow these units are fitted with 12" pneumatic tyres allowing for this units to be easily transported around large out door sites with difficult terrain with ease. The All Terrain Units also come with integrated bunds and safety float switches to prevent spills and potential slip hazards. The unit comes with the Kleenoil 9788/KU85 filter housing allowing for use with a large selection of filter cartridges giving great flexibility in fluids that can be filtered. These units come as 240v as standard however can be fitted with a 110v motor if required.

Additional Magnetic Filter

The design of these twin skid frame oil filter units allows for the MicroMag Magnetic Filters to be fitted to these systems. Magnetic filters are ideal for removing ferrous debris and rust build up from systems and will also increase the life span of the filter cartridges. Recommended for filtration of diesel in old storage tanks or those filtering fluids in cooling systems.

Filtration

Oil - This unit is suitable to filter oils up to 220 grade viscosity. For filtering oils up to 120 cSt MAX the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For 120cSt and above use 1888SH or 2088CPS. For polishing oils the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement.

Diesel - This unit is fine for filtering diesel fuel. For filtering diesel the 1888H filter cartridges should be used. For polishing diesel the 1888SPT filters should be used. These filters can remove up up 2Kg or dirt and 1 litre of water before requiring replacement. When filtering diesel the flow rate will be approx. 400 litres per hour.

Coolants & Glycols - These can be filtered in this unit however you MUST use the 2088PP or 2088PP6 filter cartridges as these DO NOT ABSORB WATER making them ideal for coolant filtration and polishing.
